Lady 3 Tutorial

I started with A4-sized, 300 dpi canvas in Photoshop.

Step 1: Sketching
Here's my brush setting:
Soft brush
Brush mode: Normal
Opacity: 73%
Flow: 85%
Color: #412407

Step 2: Make the Outline
What I did was just to thicken the existing sketch and erase the help lines. Enlarging the view to 200 or 300% may help.

Step 3: Adding Base Colors
Set the brush to normal mode, 100% opacity and 100% flow. To make things much easier, separate each color into different layers and put them in an order. Eg, the face layer should be below the hair layer.
To make sure it's neat, use lasso tool to erase unwanted parts or enlarge the drawings and use a normal eraser.

Step 4: Adding shadows, reflections and others
Use brushes, dodge tool, burn tool, and any other tools you like.

I don't know if anyone would find this useful, but I'd keep this tutorial so I remember what I had done
